Dear Bungie, As I recall, you wanted this game to be about forging our own path and creating our own Legends. Why then do muddy up the game with unnecessary nerfs? Look, instead of hitting Gjallarhorn, why not improve Dragonsbreath solar flare to cause more damage to compete with Wolfpack? How about Truth? Any chance you could up that launcher too? Doing that opens up two new options to PvE and new play styles. Instead, we are seeing a less effective Gjallarhorn and two launchers that really aren't wanted anyway. Most players will stick with Gjallarhorn and almost demand all members in their raid team use it. Your bosses are bullet sponges already...why do you wish to prolong the grind? As far as Thorn or the Last Word goes, the issue there is really map design. Larger maps would open up various play styles. Shotguns and hand cannons would have to reside in tighter locations for fear of getting popped by SR's and snipers. I will always a free with basic nerfs and buffs in general, but you have missed the mark on this one guys. Don't take away a guy's excitement to blow stuff up and fast...provide tools that widen the options, not muddy up the game.
