I have to say that this will be too overpowered. Infinite invis in combination with blink is way too pwerful. I'd say it should give shadow jack as a free perk and allow for you blink while invis, as in it won't take it away for blinking. It's either that or make it a part of a new type of exotic. A toxotic if you will. It's basically an exotic with a strong perk but also a downside. Like your super runs out faster or you have no damage resistance during your super or shields don't recharge
