Not everybody bought the game at release. Selling it early on and never again just broadens the gap between haves and have nots. I don't expect to see one to be honest. Every time I see it drop in PvE it goes to somebody who already has multiple copies. Seen plenty in crucible as well - to good performers and to last place finishers.
