Allen sprints across a rooftop chasing the escaped convict. The gaps between rooftops are small but this is dangerous nonetheless. When money is tight, you do what you have to do. The job was simple, get the guy out of the bar and bring him back to the police station, but he had to be a runner. Best part was no firearms, he's wanted alive and mostly unharmed. Allen would have to do this the old fashioned way. The man slipped on a puddle of water, which gave Allen enough time to catch up to him.
