If your asking me it's sorta unclear and relatively short. I have a snap shot of it but don't see how to upload it. It's one of the last things on the weekly update. I don't think they are stopping it completely but it almost sounds as if they are reconsidering things an possible a revamp. I don't care either way but was curious as to others opinions.

No prob. Like I said in don't think they are stopping it but I think they listen to the community more than everyone likes to admit. They my buff some of the nerfs or add even more buffs to exotics hopefully. I'm prob reading into it far too much and bungie is horrible about murky phrases.
