[b][i]After a long ride through the city, Ricardo finally pulls up into the outskirts of Oasis.
"Ladies," Ricardo announces, "we've arrived at our destination. Dodling's somewhere out there in the forest, but we don't know exactly where. Go talk to some locals and ask if they've seen him."
As you exit the Black Rabbit, he hits the gas and rockets away back into the city, leaving a trail of dust clouds behind him.
Before you is the forest of Oasis, where the tallest trees in the world reside and loom over the ferns, cottages, and rivers found inside of Oasis. In that forest is your ticket to getting more free Black Market loot. Go find it. [/i][/b]

I take a syringe equivalent to 4 KAP-8 pills. I stand by the waterfall and fire a small kinetic wave and use my sense of touch to detect any locals in the area.

You trek through the forest, past grasslands and rivers. Elderly locals look on at you with slight disgust as you walk through their ferns. You can tell they don't like city folks. You finally come upon the center of the radio signals, which seems to be at the edges of a beautiful river of crystal-clear water. You don't see any soldiers or goons of any kind standing around here, but you do see someone else: On a wet rock upon the shore, a young man sits and types away furiously at a literature tablet, too focused on his work to notice you. That's gotta be Dodling.

The young man nearly jumps out of skin, and falls off of the rock and into the water. His tablet falls in with him. He jumps out of the water frantically, gasping for air. He sifts around the water for his tablet before noticing you with wide terrified eyes. "No! No, please! I don't wanna die!" he stammers. He then leaps away deeper into the river, his arms flailing as he tries to swim.
