Brawler's Charge: Increased Super energy from Melee kills.
Harvester's Hunger: Kills with Fist of Havoc grant you significant boosts to movement speed and damage resistance. Each enemy killed by Fist of Havoc grants fifteen percent damage resistance and movement speed bonus. This effect can stack up to three times.

How long would the effect last? I do really like the idea. Makes you less vulnerable after using a fist of havoc.
