[b]OFF THE RECORD 4TH REFRESH RP:[/b]
[b][i]In easy and quick succession, the Hunters gun down the CPDs that once surrounded them once they caught the kid before they could even pull their triggers.
Now the team rushes through Oasis with the target captured, jumping over tree roots and bothersome ferns before more Police forces come after them. Though at the moment, no backups are coming in. Until...
Suddenly, the noise of heavy stomping arises in the distance behind the Hunters as they run. You look over your shoulder to see a hulking walker mech lumbering after the group, only about 40 feet away, eldritch screeches and wails blaring from speakers along its head as it twists around giant trees and hoists itself over large boulders. It is gaining on the group's position in quick succession. You better run faster, because this thing looks unstoppable to the guns you've got at the moment. [/i][/b]
((This is Thundering Moose, a member of the Tin Men, the team of droids Silent Mantis follows. Moose basically looks like Metal Gear Rex from Metal Gear Solid, but with two spherical pods mounted on its sides.))

You suddenly hear a sharp blast from behind you, and a wave of heat blows over you. You look behind you to see smoke billowing from an energy cannon on the mech's sides, and red fire igniting ferns you passed seconds ago. The fire is quickly stomped out by the mech's gargantuan toe-foot as it passes over it to pursue you.

The scanners show that its shell and platings are made of a material called rantanium, while its joints are encased in a carbon-fiber triple weave. Great.
