Because warlocks are broken in every way shape and form and bungie treats them like gods buy giving them all The good exotics and subclass abilities.
I am a huntard so if You warlocks have anything to say, get at me

If you remember right the first exotics in the game for the hunter were the best of the best too. Mask of third man and symbiote? Both items that would make your already terrifying PVP badass even more so? Ring any bells? I also main hunter btw. I feel like it's the titans turn to get a good PVP exotic though. Hunters got (previously stated above), warlocks got (Praxic fire, ram, purifying robes) and titans only have the stone helmet that gives unstoppable(forgot name)

But do they have.......EXPLOSIONS?

But do they have.......EXPLOSIONS?

Why does everyone always take my catchphrase? Not badass
-
Im sorry to hear that but if it makes You feel any better i named myself after The biggest asshole in cod know as j nasty so people arent very fond of my name
-
So salty...you do realize you can make a warlock right?
-
I have a warlock and ive played enough sunsinger to know that its Too strong Voidbro4lyfe tho
-
Warlocks are not broken, and the exotics have other class equivalents in most cases.

Ok lets start Farthest melee range with a shield that procs on hit. The melee also burns You Fusion grenades are literaly just better flux grenades that can burn and You can carry 2 with no exotic Firebolts with dot effects do 170 dmg to three people at a time! So You leave 3 players at one shot and out of The fight for about 15 seconds Radiant skin can live a headshot from high impact snipers Now exotics Hotpf lets you throw 12 op grenades and 3 op melees The ram is free radiant skin Voidfang is just really good in 3v3 Obsidian mind gives you a butt ton of nova bombs Nothing manacles are portable wolfpack rounds And The claws give You 2op melees Its mostly sunbro thats op but voidbro also has its moments(being a better fist of havoc)

Plus golden gun is a monster and probably the best pvp super in the game. Symbiote makes it just better and arcbolt grenade has more of a range than the firebolt grenade. All classes are fairly balanced.

Bladedancer has to be used at shotgun range making us very easy to shutdown while sunbro can be used at any range with a greater dmg reduction while being able to get an overshield and use guns. Arcbolts have The same range as firebolts and they don't do damage over time Golden gun is good but its super easy to shutdown due to no dmg reduction and sunsinger can live 2 or 3 golden gun shots Gunslinger is also a pretty bad subclass with a good super and jump This game needs to balance The subclasses abit better because i want to be able to use gunslinger and have Alot of good options not one or two decent ones

Radiant skin is The better option in every game mode except trials and arcbolts can chain pretty far but its rare to have people be that grouped up and if You get hit by a firebolt youre out of the fight twice as long Btw insulting me isnt helping You win The case

Edited by Finnche: 7/25/2015 6:55:54 AMYeah true but you can't have all of those at once. I personally don't use any of those besides void dang vestments usually in PvP as I go voidwalker, and frankly I pretty much much just blink shotgun primarily which hunters can do too. I find it rare to have the guys who go ham with grenades, although I know of many nova bombs with some people which is still not always too common. I personally don't have too many exotics and found hunters getting them more. Warlocks need to be played very right to be tanks, or sweepers. You can't have both. And I have taken out that annoying top light level super exotic sunsinger before, even when he reses. I find them more of a hurdle that is a learning experience to help you learn and get better. I have been the guy who rages so much during PvP because of fell winter's lie and thorn so often which are so hard to defend against I find. Because of that I know I'm better averaging in the top three spots of most crucible matches even when I feel like I'm being used a carpet. Also titan has shoulder charge and over shield upgrades for them and use death from above as well as shockwave with a certain exotic. Hunters have many melee upgrades and their throwing knife and blink strike I have found to have quite an effective range. I also personally find the as a warlock our melee usually doesn't strike as often even with faster melee upgrades. I also find the trip mine grenades to be maddening as they are one hit kills usually even if missed they can do it too. Everything in the game has "broken" aspects. It's just the strong points that need to be a learning experience to achieve victory over it...
-
You make strong points but The fact that there are so many things You can do right with warlocks and little You can do wrong thats What, imo makes warlock Too strong of a class while titans and hunters have one or two good options that have less freedom than warlock buids
-
Which is also good to have in a game so people can figure it out, or for casual players. Its not bad to be versatile because everyone plays differently. I know my friends who are titans and Hunters, when they play as a warlock they show their original class. I did when I used to main as titan. But when a warlock goes to one of the others, the learning curve isn't as big because of how much you can do. I've always said to my friend you can do more as warlock and it takes more practice to use hunter to its full effectiveness because if the slightly limiting things it has. Titan can be, unless you're already used to smashing then its just the ways of movement that is the learning curve where as hunters need a slightly different playing style I find in many cases. Its a good challenge I think and one I will do to the full extent if I eventually have more fun on other classes.
