Yes apparently you missed part of the article. Field scout,hammer forged,send it etc....are all being replaced by the shitty perks that were introduced with House of wolves. For example field scout will be replaced with extended mag on ALL weapons. Which will make ALL weapons less effective overall. Trading good perks for shit ones? No -blam!-ing thank you bungievision.
