Define best. Certain rifles are better than others at different things. Some snipers are designed for closer, quieter kills, others are designed to hit from a stationary position from over a mile away. Most of the extremely high-caliber rifles are immensely heavy as well, and don't have a large magazine.

Desert Eagles come chambered in .50 A&E, .44 mag, and .357 mag. Prices vary depending on the model. I forgot to mention, you can also customize your weapons with camo and custom paint schemes.
