I completely agree.
What I don't agree with is the ongoing trend of weakening the weapons against enemies in PvE.
Each DLC so far the weapons have gotten weaker and weaker.
To artificially inflate difficulty, rather than creative engagements, it is constant stronger bullet sponges, weaker bullets.
