It's been plain as day that Destiny borrows concepts from the genre. It just so happens this type of progression is one of those concepts that will be borrowed. If you find it to be a waste of time, [i]leave[/i]. It's not like every person that plays an online game stays. People leave. You don't like it stop being a pain in the ass for the rest of us that are understanding of what Bungie is trying to do. Vanilla, TDB, HOW gear had their time. They should stay at the damage values they can currently reach. No more of this elevating bull shit.
