I don't think old legendaries will be obsolete. Why would they be nerfing black hammer right before ttk comes out if it will be obsolete??

Because there is still time until its released and the weapons we have now WILL be useful in the beginning, but will be replaced eventually by better weapons with better numerical stats.

Because they are making you move on to different weapons by making black hammer like any other sniper rifle . The only difference is you won't have to reload black hammer.

Weapons are being completely redone with a lot more factions and styles. Old weapons will still be useful as we progress to the new max light level but I'm almost positive they won't be able to get to the next max light level in ttk.

Because even with less attack damage Black Hammer would annihilate bosses due to infinite damage.

What's your point then? I won't be using black hammer after the nerf.

I'm saying old legendaries won't be obsolete because there would be no point in nerfing them if they're going to be obsolete anyway
