Because we couldn't get hold of them either due to shitty RNG. When the VOG came out we were still being trolled by the cryptard turning legendaries into greens, nightfalls giving us shards as rewards, cruicible giving no rewards what so ever for the most part, raid reward points dropping nothing but shards for people over and over again and xur turning up time and time again with chest and arm armour. Playing Destiny was akin to Chinese water torture or death by a thousand cuts, it was as if they were deliberately trying to get you to quit playing it was that -blam!-ed up.
