The visual quality is negligible and the frames per second is just as good as PS4 (or better in some cases, such as in Witcher 3). The UI is better, and Windows 10 will be on it in about a week. (Windows 10 alone makes it a better console for many reasons, not the least of which is that my Xbox One will basically become a PC at that point.) I watch Netflix snapped next to Destiny, or Xbox Music when I don't want to listen to the game's music, or I look through my TV guide on the UI for something to watch and snap that next to Destiny too. PS4 does nothing for me but play games at a slightly higher resolution, which, when considering my TV is huge and high quality, makes so little difference it's unnoticeable. No reason for me to use the PS4 over my Xbone.
