Like the scene in Indiana Jones, where he got a rock after him. You could have a giant thrall chasing you, and you would have to shoot/melee stuff while running, stuff that in turn would trigger something to damage the thrall. Kind of like a puzzle like boss, not a ghorn to death kinda boss
