I play wayyy more pvp. So I tend to lean towards snipers that have perks beneficial for that. What perks are on shadow of veils?

It depends. So can see the perks on mine if you get it from Variks.

I thought it came with standard perks that's why I asked. Can you reroll it? I really want her benevolence I heard it wrecks in pvp

If you get a weapon from Variks you can't re roll it unless you got it from an armour core. If you get it from the big chest I'm pretty sure that you can re roll it
