Nice video man, and I'm honored you compared against me, but I'd just like to say that percentages are very deceiving... for a few reasons. Snipers behave differently, and it's often smarter to go for body shots when using medium-high impact snipers.
I've always told people one of the big aspects of sniping is to know when you need to go for the head. If I'm playing with a teammate and he has called out an opponent that he has hit (or if I see him firing and have faith he has tagged someone), I will go for whatever shot I can hit quickest and most reliably... usually to the chest.
Another factor is when you look at a sniper with low impact and high stability (ie Praedyth's Revenge). Sometimes you get angles where the best play is to just go for two body shots. With it being so quick, you can actually waste more time trying to line up certain headshots instead of just going for the body twice. Hell, sometimes you can't even see the head :P.
I have a friend who has an 80%+ headshot rate, but I know he wouldn't come close to outplaying some of the better snipers out there.

This. I'm practicing sniping now. It took getting used to and I kept going for headshots until I laid hands on the new sniper from Hakke I think. I say as long as you kill them your sniping is good. It's a long distance kill right? Great point Hovey

Ya man. You should list his sniping stats on here I bet they're really high. I think he's one of the best snipers in the game honestly. Him and Hovey are the best I've seen.

Oh and honestly I think when I checked your stats you had like 30000 sniper kills or something ridiculous. I don't remember exactly. Which is just godlike. But you were probably rockin some crazy 90% headshot for awhile on there

Dude honestly from the videos I've seen you are probably the best. And I totally agree with you about percentages. I more threw out that stat to try and give at least a little weight to my case since(based on stats again) I don't typically play near as much some of the top tiers and since I'm unknown. And I think they can be skewed. I typically run with a full fireteam and all my clans knows how each other play. They know I'm gonna be covering certain areas and choke points with sniper coverage so that they can get in there and do their thing and neither would trade with the other. So I probably have more opportunity a for head shots. We all fill rolls we need to. But those are great words of wisdom from one of the snipers I respect the most. Thanks dude! Keep rockin it

This is why I use a Longbow. Opponents only need to have taken a little damage to get one body shot killed.

Yeah I like my ldr for that reason. High impact is great especially in skirmish and trials to one shot head shot off a revive

Amen. I wish it could be rerolled. I got mine in a drop after TDB. Still loves how it handles but the perks are kind of a wash.

Check mine in my hunter. Yes it has final round but I don't use it like that. Probably the best thing about it is starting a game with 12 shots
