Cloak of Justicars
I am rank 3 in new monarchy and I'm light level 28. I have the Cloak of Repair, and I was wondering if there were any other cloaks, so I did some research online. I found that there are two other cloaks and I was interested in the Cloak of Justicars. I looked everywhere but couldn't find it. Do I have to rank up more or am I just being stupid? Help!
