Outside Sector-2...
As a Mafia convoy rolls up to their hideout in Sector-2, a man steps out of a limousine, attended by several functionaries. As Jack Rabbit shakes hands with the local Mafia lieutenant, a series of shots ring out. The lieutenant slumps to the ground, as do two of Jack Rabbit's personal bodyguards. The Mafia boss is quickly moved inside as the hideout's guards fill the surrounding area with lead. After the firestorm, the guards sweep the area. Nearly half a mile away, on a stretch of abandoned L-train line overlooking their base, they find a pool of fresh blood, a slumped body wearing a long black coat, and a rifle. Suddenly, the trail runs cold. Investigation proves the body is nothing more than a Gold Jacket soldier, shot between the eyes and dressed in strange clothing. A medical scan shows he's been dead for nearly 15 hours. The rifle is empty, with only one spent cartridge in the chamber, and a freshly smoking barrel. But it doesn't have the mag size required to fire five shots so quickly, and it doesn't have the scope one would need to hit such a faraway target. So who would have dared to strike at the Mafia's heart, if not the Gold Jackets?
