English colleges don't always do a thesis. Some might do, but most don't. Your usual options are A-levels (coursework and exams), IB (not sure what that is. It involves languages though) or Btec, which as I said earlyer is multiple assignments on multiple topics in a certain field.
Plus I'd genuinely never heard of a thesis before OR I did but forgot it

You are a college educated Englishman? Look at how you speak. Some might do? Btec, which I said earlyer? Based on your writing, one can say England is a very poorly educated people.
