More like incompetent. If someone has to shotgun camp, they don't deserve the rumble grimoire. People like that are the reason the bad players are whining and the non-sheep good players are having a hard time. People need to realize that there are winners and losers and that if the system keeps appealing to losers it will ruin everyone's time playing the game. This includes the winners who have to deal with more incompetence and the losers who can't take what they dish out.
