I have gotten this ghost before, one on earth by the golden chest inside the cave wall heading to the forgotten shores.
What I understand i'm missing that one ghost some how, and it is not showing up in this location.

Yes, that was the ghost. Seems I was looking in the wrong spot the whole time, even my friend told me it was in the spot I thought it was.
