You enter the Pit with a sledgehammer as your weapon. You walk through the entrance gates to the arena, and the gates opposite of you open as well. A woman with another sledgehammer strides out smugly, hoisting the hammer over her shoulder. "Come at me." she says as the gates close behind both of you.

[b]slowly walks towards her[/b] [spoiler]shoulder blaster?[/spoiler]

[b]he charges the woman and swings at her[/b] [spoiler]fair point[/spoiler]

She ducks out of the way and makes a quick swing into your thigh. Your thigh buffers from beneath you, and you topple over onto your side. She raises her hammer, and brings it down towards your head.

[b]blocks with his hammer and kicks her with overdrive active[/b]

Your leg arches up to strike the woman in the gut with blurring speed and force, and she flies backwards, hitting a Pit wall and sliding down it. She grasps at her belly as she sucks air in.

[b]stands up and walks over to her [/b]

She gets up clumsily, and blindly swings her hammer at you, missing. She is dazed.

Her arm is lobbed off, and blood gushes from its stump. She looks horrified at her arm, but then stares at you, smiling widely. "A Cyborg..." she murmurs dreamily, before falling backwards, unconscious. The crowd gasps, and after a short silence they start throwing prayers at you. "[i]A Cyborg![/i]" the announcer says from the fencing speakers, "[i]We are blessed to be in such a presence![/i]"

[b]whispers to himself[/b] "Well that's unsettling" [b]crushes her head under his foot[/b]

The crowd doesn't seem to care, their bodies bowed. "[i]How can we gift you, paragon?[/i]" the announcer asks.

"With an actual challenge"

"[i]What do you mean?[/i]"

"Someone else to fight"

"[i]Another gladiator? To fight you, a Cyborg?[/i]"
