"The reason I ask is because there's this voice in my head, feminine. She tells me she's a tempest. I had no idea what that was until I pieced it together...she could manipulate time. The Tempest shares similar abilities of the Psion, they're like cousins. For instance, you're capable of warping, bending space. You can also see ahead of time, and time time being a constant you can disrupt that.
