Sub accounts
Trying to set up a sub account for my son, but can get it to accept an ID.
If I put my ID in it tells me it's already taken. But can't get it to accept this. I've tried swapping some of the letters with numbers but still won't accept it.
Any ideas?

1 Replyi have created 3 x sub accounts - but only ever from the PS4 itself. Have you tried doing this from the console?
