Not me dying but definitly worth posting.
Had a titan at low health try and Fist of havok me so i punched him (im a warlock) and he flew about 12 feet, he finished his super where he landed then just died. Said i got the kill.

Had a similar experience on Cauldron in Trials. I was getting the Special ammo on left side (facing away from the cliff) and a titan decided to FoH the ledge. I melee him while he was in the air, so I lunged up into him. The force behind my lunge pushed him off the ledge I was on to the area below, his Fist landed, I used my double jump and shot him down.
