Essentially: man with long fingers, lives alone, loves the feeling of rust, has finger puppets, likes when the red water(blood) flows from his finger, collects hair, talks to his puppets, has a dead body he gives a birthday party to, loves to rub stinging nettle on himself, loves when his nipple secretes. Honestly you need to watch it in your free time.
