So you forgot to mute your mic... Whats the funniest/worst thing you have said or heard?!
I started baby talking my fiancé... LFG guardian replies, "someone forgot to mute their mic!" Hahah i played it off pretty well anyways and convinced him it was weird to change who you are so people don't think less/differently of you :D

Edit 2: Does anyone ever call the Unmuted person out? How did they defend themselves?

When I got a piece of legendary armor when I was lvl 27 and I was like "hahaha im gonna beat this niqqa to lvl 30" and he's like "did u call me a niqqer" (he was black i had no idea). He then started yelling at me and I couldn't leave the party fast enough AHAHA

My friend comes in, I mute my mic and start talking to him about how the whole team sucks, how we took forever to do confluxes, I practically soloed Oracles, etc. Next thing I know, I'm in orbit. Turns out my mic was already muted before I hit the mute button.

I'd just come off a strike with two friends and decided to push for my final rank in Iron Banner, this was the IB before this last one. Still had my head set on but I thought had the mic turned off, entered team chat just in case others were going to try communicating, pipe dream I know. We were on Pantheon. So about two minutes in a warlock keeps running the same path over and over again getting popped by a sniper shot each time by the same person. we started at A so you can guess where he was running to if you've spent ANY time on the map. So I idly say "The definition of insanity is trying the same thing over and over again while hoping for a different result." I suddenly hear "Hey **** you and this camping *****! He's being a ****y." My reply was simple. "He's not going anywhere, that's a perfect sniper position and you keep feeding him kills. take the long way around and try to actually help your team." I hear two people laughing and then the message that captain courageous has left the match.

One time my friend's brother left on the mic to where I could hear him still, so he turned on TV and I started texting him quotes from the show he was watching. He got really freaked out lol

my roommate was in his room next to mine, both playing the same game with a group of our friends, well I let out this massive fart but it was his mic that picked it up, needless to say he got blamed for it.

1 ReplyI went to make myself some food and because I was using a wireless mic, I totally forgot to take it off and I was humming the HALO 2 theme throughout the whole thing and when I came back I was asked if I finished the fight or not I was so mortified, because it was with a LFG group for Vault of Glass. My buddy got off destiny and was on his computer, but still in the party. His controller shut off which caused his Kinect to switch to Mic mode. We heard porn IN the background. No lie. It was hilarious, we still give him shit to this day.

All 5 raid members started laughing and saying I think we need a replacement. My VoG raid got turned into a panty raid rather quickly.

1 ReplyWe were taking a break from grinding out raids at the weekly reset a few months back. My buddy had taken off his head set and set it on his ottoman. His girlfriend came home and they started to get busy in the living room and everyone in the party could hear it. My clan mate texts me and says what's going on. I grab my phone and call the guy having sex and interrupt him mid stroke just to be a dick. Surprisingly, he answered and I told him what was up and we all had a good laugh about it. We secretly beat off to the sound of his girlfriends moans. The military has screwed all of us up way too much...
