So you forgot to mute your mic... Whats the funniest/worst thing you have said or heard?!
I started baby talking my fiancé... LFG guardian replies, "someone forgot to mute their mic!" Hahah i played it off pretty well anyways and convinced him it was weird to change who you are so people don't think less/differently of you :D

Edit 2: Does anyone ever call the Unmuted person out? How did they defend themselves?

I more run into the problem with friends where people forget to un-mute their mic. I'm now in the habit of asking people periodically: "How you doing over there, [Person's name here]?" And sometimes saying: "Hey, [Person's name here]. You haven't said anything in a while, is your mic muted?" Or if I ask a someone a question and hear no answer: "If you're speaking, [Person's name here], I can't hear you. Just so you know." But the most common thing I hear is people talking with their pets when they walk by. I don't mind it, and usually ask what kind of animal they have. You know, spark a conversation. :)

Funniest thing I heard was during a raid... WHAAAAAT nixxas got cookies.. Drops mic return a long time later.... Leaves again

Was in a raid with randoms and said "these guys suck ass why am I still here?" when a buddy leaned over and muted the mic before I got anything else out

Gf was giving a bj.... Mic wasn't muted. Overly excited sounds came out of me... and well the Fireteam guessed exactly what was happening.

Had a lad in my team once, his dad gave him an absolute bollocking loud and clear across the mic! This guys probably 20 to 25. Honestly it was so bad I thought his dad was gonna beat him! Screaming at him about wasting time on games and a crap job in a shop that sold games. It was uncomfortable to say the least as we continued to finish the rest of the raid! My old man never has and never would speak to me in this manner! Felt sorry for him.

3 RepliesI have had a few funny things happening but never anything embarrassing. My wife is Japanese so we always speak Japanese, yet the people I play with are usually Germans so I can basically say whatever I want to both parties without having to be too careful about it. I usually get the "Yeah, you are right about that..." response when they dont understand me. But once I pulled the plug off my mic because I was about do go do something, so the party output got switched to the TV. one of my party members burped so loud that my wife couldn't stop laughing for like 5 minutes.

2 RepliesThis isn't destiny but I have no words... I was playing halo reach multi player and in the background (you can hear everyone unless you mute them) I hear - in a deep voice - "GIVE ME BACK MY TEDDY BEEAAARRRRRRRR" I was laughing so hard.
