[i]The hounds strafe and circle around each other, looking for a perfect striking opportunity. Two hounds, similar in size pounce from opposite sides, directly at you. Their grunts and growls sound strangely human...[/i]

*I draw two knives and slash at their legs, then teleport back to keep immense distance*

[i]The beasts meander to new targets. You teleport into the path of another charging bloodhound, its hardened skull crushing your ribs as it propels you into a tree.[/i]

*I smash straight through the tree, then disappear, seconds later, a deafening crack is heard as a .338 Lapua magnum rounds strikes the hound behind the shoulder, puncturing a lung*

[b]HIT![/b] [i]The monster howls, kicking up the dirt and dust to mask its escape. As the dust settles, the beast is no longer in visibility.[/i]

*I fold the rifle onto my back and draw my karma, wanting the extra distance, then, my eyes turn gold as I release a wave of light throughout the forest, healing my allies, and blinding enemies* Alright... Let's fight, doggie.

[i]The brown furred Hemwick Male leaps over you, it's jaw unhinged and broken. As it lands, it swats you into the ground with its massive paws.[/i]

Bad mistake, puppy. *I jam my hand towards its throat and eject my wrist blade, digging the knife into its throat, then throw it off and teleport back*

[b]HIT![/b] [i]The creature bellows and runs after you teleport. As blood pours from it's wound, it intercepts you and grabs your leg tightly, swinging you about in a mad fashion.[/i]

*I use my other foot to kick him in the face, draw my revolver, and fire one round into its maw, the bullet traveling through my foot*

[b]Staggered![/b] [i]The self-inflicted wound mars the lycanthrope's already disfigured jaw. It releases you, deeply screaming.[/i]

*I rush it, taking my chance and sliding under it, gutting it for the final hit*

[b]HIT![/b] [i]The beast howls one last time; a very human moan, before collapsing.[/i]
