Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

Well it did kinda grant infinite ammo almost if you were a good enough sniper and the nerf is adding more ammo to your reserves, if anything it kinda makes it fairer and really? Oh no we're gonna still need special ammo synths, we're still gonna be able to rattle off 18+ rounds before needing more ammo so we can still take out bosses and such just as quickly
