Well also for yourself if your sad don't ever think about suicide it's the worst thing you can do only person who's allowed to take you out of this world is crota trust me suicide isn't the way to go I know from experience it's breaks people apart

Well if you do spontaneously fun things they will always think of you as fun such as sky diving rock climbing etc don't worry you will find a groove :D
