I used to. Till I sat and watched everyone's connection while I smoked a bowl. Everyones (myself included) was going from red to green and back. Was everyone cheating? Doubtful. Bungie has crap servers.
Now if I go say 3-4 matches and the same guy is always the highest scorer and constantly a red bar then I'll report him.

I hate it when people abuse reporting people. I played destiny since alpha and sure there are some cases that there's major lag, but that doesn't stop me from playing the game. I only report someone if they're red bae the whole time and have the higher points

Yup. You can kinda tell who's cheating. Dude running around disappears, reappears, runs thru walls eats full thorn clips and shotguns to the face. All the while he's wrecking anyone and everyone around him with a single shot.
