This is ceteris paribus. Holding all things constant. This isn't true in our world. We have variables that we have to weigh before blatant assumptions are made. People live in areas that cannot provide high speed Internet. People are experiencing a storm or a situation similar. People were gifted a gaming console by a relative and parents cannot afford high speed Internet. Your world, your life, and luck which were completely out of your control is your fate and it makes you ignorant if you assume too quickly. Be human.
