Funny thing is, the earbud/mic that came with my PS4, is lasting longer than my $100 Turtle Beach headset lol. When my headset went out I was so bummed, but after digging around I found the earbud in the box as a temporary fix, but it's still going strong today. Headsets are bulkier so maybe they have a greater tendency to break because of it. Regardless, I wouldn't spend money on the PS headsets, definitely go with TB or Astros.
