If you see Red bar.....
Do you report them for lagging? What if they use dial up and can't afford good internet?

We have over 1k replies. Wow so many dial up users and mega speed users with red bar regardless.

Not always but if they are walking into walls and take 3 swipes from arcblade or 3 gg shots I may. I know it's not their fault completely but when you're playing trials and lose due to a guy you cannot kill they don't deserve to be there. If it's minor tho I shrug it off
