20MB should be more than adequate. do you play wired or WI-FI?
In any case, I would expect to be paired with teams from my own location, not half way around the world

I've gotten in matches with Europeans and sometimes there's lag. Now I know it probably on my end cause you guys all seem to have faster internet speeds. Sometimes on wifi when I have to play in my bedroom when the wife watches tv in the living room. Other times I'm wired with little to no issues. But on wifi I get dropped more times, I just deal with it. Just saying man don't be so quick to report unless you can tell it's cheating which in my experience is blatantly obvious.
