I'm a girl, and although it's not right to threaten people and so on (regardless of gender) its still just a video game. Everyone threatens everyone and says things they shouldn't. Not a day goes by where I don't say I "-blam!- someone" in crucible or tell someone to suck my non-existent dick. I'm not saying it's okay to threaten people and name-call, I'm just saying the Dames of Destiny should not be treated special just because they're female.
The real problem in video games is when a little kid somehow joins your party or is able to hear/speak with you and instead of muting or kicking if you don't want them there people threaten them and use bad language. You should know better, kids are kids, just mute/kick/or deal with it.

I was on the chat. I never said it was right what those people said, but being a female who has used Internet and video games for years I just know to expect that and know that you're not going to be able to change what people say. Whenever I come across someone like that I kick them, leave the party, ignore them, or mute them. There's [i]always[/i] going to be asshats like that out there.

Holy shit, correct logic. That's rare on these forums. People nowadays are so sensitive, I don't get it. I could receive a message from somebody and they could tell me to kill myself, my reaction? I laugh, I laugh my ass off, because it shows how childish they are. People nowadays need to grow a backbone and not give in to the idiots online that throw out really shitty insults.

I agree lol all the hatemail I've gotten from crucible always says to kill myself or get -blam!- or something similar, and I don't take it as an actual threat or seriously at all because it's just some random on the Internet. As long as there's Internet there will be people like that, just get used to it.
