No. Because you have no idea what's going on. They could be lagging. They could be cheating or the game could just give them a red bar. I've noticed in some games that I'd have a red bar. The next game its green and sometimes it will change during play. My xbox is the only thing connected to the internet and I'm running on the highest service I can get.
