Acting dishonestly/unfairly to gain an advantage.
Avoiding something.
In this case, they are avoiding in game death by abusing their terrible connection.

No they are not! They can't control what the game allows you to see or experience . if this was such an issue than bungie would have made it to where such people couldn't play. But its not. You are just throwing out words you do not understand to compensate for you getting killed.
