No, only if they are super laggy and are jumping all over the place do i report. I live in Australia and seeing as though online gaming is a world wide thing i understand thats gaming information for a live game has to be sent all over the world.. in australia we still run on a copper phone network so the connection speeds are nothing compared to other countries like america though we are currently having them upgraded to Fibre thats still a long way off.
