I only report if their laggy when I go up to kill them and 2+ times not just once, got to make sure. I have bad wifi at my cottage sometimes so i have to make sure there for sure lag switching before reporting.

Yeah I am the same. Sometimes we all get a red bar either due to others or who knows what but some guys seem to have red bar only during gameplay then it magically clears up after they have won.
