That's exactly what I do. 20 up 6 down. But ping > 150 The hate mail flows in.

My 100 dollar Atlantic Broadband gets me like, 3 down and kbs up

4G is fast. 20 is about my max. But I'm never under 13. And my up is never under 3. The speed test on my phone and the one on my Xbox always coincide. Latency is the only problem.
