I've red barred on a 100mb download 20mb upload speeds

One person in the game red bars and my connection follows. What happens after is even weirder. My shotgun and weapons only function properly while I have a "bad connection" logic right?

I was talking more about the fact I'm apparently lagging when i speed test before a round of pvp and my connection is better than perfect. But I'm red barring still.........:( But yeah you're right Still ill logic lol

My shotgun it's very abundant when I have a solid connection. Look at my warlocks felwinter. I stood maybe 2 feet away from an afk and he lived with 25% of his health somehow after one blast
