No, I don't. I get red bars, then a few minutes through the match it turns green. If I get into an IB or PvP match and the whole team is red, including me, I quit and go into another match and I'm green again. As far as dial up... like... that was the early 90s. Can anyone dial up anymore? Is it even possible through communication providers? And who uses Lan phone lines anymore? Cell plans are so generous why bother. I haven't used a Lan line in my apartment or home since 2001
