If you're consistently red bar, not just a quick blip while the game adjusts itself, you're getting reported. Sorry if you can't afford good internet, but maybe you shouldn't play online then.

What about me? I would say about 95% of the time, I'm a green bar. But there are some games when I have a yellow or red bar for almost the whole game. Do I have shit internet? No. For some reason though, my connection will go to hell. Should I be banned?
