Do you report them for lagging? What if they use dial up and can't afford good internet?

We have over 1k replies. Wow so many dial up users and mega speed users with red bar regardless.

4 RepliesIf you're consistently red bar, not just a quick blip while the game adjusts itself, you're getting reported. Sorry if you can't afford good internet, but maybe you shouldn't play online then.
