If you get reported for red bar, nothing will happen. Bungie can tell the difference between bad internet and lag switching. Report away guardians

The key is only reporting redbars in a party when they have a perfect bar in loading screens.

No its not. Watch them and yoy will see that they will flip to perfect when the fighting is slow but as soon as it MIGHT get faster... boom redbar

Nah. Occasionally it's literally just Internet. One moment my family will be reading books, then next someone will Netflix, causing me to red ba, and then it'll go back to green
